AvantGarde of Tarzana is newly remodeled community that includes a variety indoor spaces for residents, their families and friends to relax and enjoy in comfort . All resident common-areas are sanitized daily using state-of-the-art UV sterilization equipment, and cleaned thoroughly for the health and well-being of our residents and visitors.  Stop by one of our restaurants for conversation and appetizers, kick back in our movie room, play pool and card games or just hang out in one of our gathering areas.
