COVID-19 Statement
We’re focused on creating a clean and healthy living environment—following all CDC guidelines and utilizing State of the art disinfection. Please see below for current updates and visiting requirements
At AvantGarde, it has always been our mission to protect the health and well-being of our residents, and we continue this commitment today.
Updated September 2021
Vaccinations
Effective February, 2021, AvantGarde requires all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
The vaccination mandate does not apply to residents, their personal visitors or guests. However, since we began offering on-site vaccine clinics for residents in February 2021, an overwhelming majority of residents chose to be vaccinated. We’re grateful to our residents, their family members and guests for choosing to “do their part” throughout the pandemic.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has announced a plan to begin offering COVID-19 booster shots in the fall. AvantGarde will keep residents informed on upcoming booster clinics at the communities.
For more information about our COVID-19 vaccinations, please contact one of our residence managers.
