Q: What is Respite Care?
A: Respite care is when someone else cares the person you care for, so that you can take a break. Sometimes a caregiver needs a break due to stress, overworking, a medical emergency or just being overwhelmed and tired. These periods of care generally last for 1 to 6 weeks and include all the necessary care your loved one requires, with no long term contracts.
